What a Montego Bay villa actually costs
Staffed villas in the Rose Hall and Ironshore belt typically start around US$800 a night for four bedrooms and run past US$3,000 for the larger estates on the Tryall side. Rates almost always include a cook, a housekeeper and a caretaker — that staffing is standard here, not an upgrade. Christmas and New Year carry a premium and a seven-night minimum across most of the market. September and early October are the cheapest weeks of the year, and also the wettest.

From the
airport
A private transfer from Sangster International Airport to a Montego Bay hotel or villa takes 15 to 35 minutes depending on where you are staying, and is quoted on request for a private car carrying up to six passengers. The price is fixed once agreed, the driver tracks your flight, and there is no extra charge if you land late.
