We manage privately owned villas, homes and condos in Jamaica: marketing, bookings, guest communication, check-in, housekeeping coordination and maintenance. We are based on the island, so problems get handled by someone who can physically be there rather than by a call centre in another time zone.
What we take on
Listing and photography direction, pricing, calendar management across the booking platforms and our own direct site, every guest conversation from first enquiry to farewell, check-in and check-out, coordinating your housekeeper and handyman, and reporting back to you monthly with what came in and what went out.
What it costs you
A percentage of booking revenue, agreed in writing before we start. No monthly retainer and no charge when the property sits empty — if we do not fill your calendar we do not earn, which is the arrangement that keeps us honest. The exact rate depends on how much of the operation you want us running.
Why direct bookings matter to you
Listing only on the big platforms means paying their fees on every booking and never owning the guest relationship. We market your property under our own brand as well as the platforms, so a growing share of your bookings arrive without a middleman taking a cut. That difference compounds year on year.

We are a young company and deliberately small. That means you get genuine attention and a named person who answers the phone, and it also means we do not yet have a decade of reviews behind us.
