Breakaway sits on the beach at Runaway Bay, about an hour east of Montego Bay airport and twenty-five minutes short of Ocho Rios. Four bedrooms and six bathrooms, but the sleeping arrangement stretches to seventeen, so it takes a bigger group than the bedroom count suggests. Pool, private beach frontage, full staff. Runaway Bay is quieter than Ocho Rios and has the better beaches of the two — you drive in for the waterfalls and the restaurants, then come back to somewhere calm.
